Douglas Paulson
Twin Ports Ministry of Seafarers
Director

Pastor Paulson serves as Director of Twin Ports Ministry to Seafarers. He began this half-time position in June of 2014. He is also the half-time Director of Lutheran Campus Pastor at the University of Minnesota. Pastor Paulson was ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in 1988 and has served a congregation in western North Dakota from 1988-1991. In 1991 he received a call to serve as campus pastor at the University of Minnesota Duluth. In 2006 Pastor Paulson became a member of the Twin Ports Ministry to Seafarers Board.

JhonRae Reeves

Case Manager

JhonRae is graduating this spring with her bachelor's degree in the Social Work Program at St. Scholastica. Her aspirations are to collaborate on an effort to build a healthy, economically friendly community that is affordable to families. JhonRae’s philosophy of social work is caring for and respecting the dignity of others. Currently she is a case manager for our residents and a community outreach worker with LPRC.

Kirk Bates is a senior at the college of St. Scholastica with a passion for community engagement. As a student of Social Work, his core beliefs is being in the moment with the people he connects with. Kirk is currently a case manager and an advocate for our residents and a community outreach worker with LPRC.
Makayla Pearson

Makayla Pearson is a junior at the college of St. Scholastica. Makayla plans to work with individuals while finding resources that best benefit clients for their lifestyles. She is passionate about helping others to further address their needs and reach a solution.

Angelica Million
Lincoln Park Resource Center
Angelica Million is a junior at the college of St. Scholastica. Angelica plans to focus on the community garden, while helping clients find the resources and asses their needs. Angelica's hope is to help establish a thriving and healthy community within Duluth. She is currently a case worker at LPRC.
